I was excited for the planter and it came broken in several places. The box was not damaged. There was zero packaging or anything inside the thin box.

Was excited about this planter but I give one star because it came in 100 pieces. Packing was just a box, no padding to secure the heavy, expensive, fragile item. Bummer. And an inconvenience to send it back as requested.

We ordered this once, and it was horribly packed, and broken into many pieces when it arrived. We requested a replacement and the second one arrived the same way. Loosely packed without tape with twelve inches of free space in the box for it to flop around. Don’t bother ordering this or getting your hopes up about its arrival.
