Great purchase! Cushions are firm but I would rather they be too firm at first then too soft. I am sure they will soften a bit with regular use. It was very easy to put together and looks fantastic. Cushions are a light grey/sandy color. The only thing I wish is that it came with a cover, will have to purchase one separate.

OK Couch. Cushions are a bit stiff, and pillows always fall off through the arm holes (our mistake not thinking of this). Can't really prop a pillow and lay down. But otherwise good.

I bought this product recently, and due to the weather change (summer to winter) the cushions have all deteriorated and the foam inside the cushions all came out. It is very poorly made.
