The wood faded and rotted after 1 year. screws not hold allowing water to enter. The table needs to be replaced every year.

This company is incompetent. They delivered my order with missing parts, sent a replacement order for the incorrect parts, proceeded to try cancel their replacement order but actually cancelled my second shipment from them and it will take weeks to get the replacement sorted out. For spending a premium price of $4000 on an order, we’ve had a very poor and unacceptable experience. Customer service can’t do anything to help. If you’re willing to spend a premium price, please do it with a premium brand - not here.
