Firm cushions, and it looks beautiful

Absolutely love the sofa even though it’s very firm. Both pillows and cushions are hard but fine for outdoors. Color is more “olive” gray than “charcoal” as listed. Pillows and accent rug helped to soften the greenish hue

Love the style of the couch, however, the back cushions were so hard and puffy that it cut down on the actual sitting room and was uncomfortable. I removed those cushions and bought large pillows for the back cushions, now it is so much better. Bottom cushions are still hard but hoping they will break it nicely. Lots of compliments on the style.

Looks great just wish it was a little deeper in the seat area but all in all so far I’m very happy

Not what I was expecting. Item came with some damage, scratches on the frame, ripped cushion, one cushion cover was definitely larger than the insert. Color looked black in the photos but it’s definitely a sage green in person. Seats are uncomfortable and very stiff. Aside from damage and color, it’s not a bad couch butttt you would definitely want to buy all new pillows and cushions. Not sure if it’s worth the cost

I like the simplistic look and various tones coming from the wood, cushions and the rope frame. Makes this piece versatile. Cushions are not as plush as I would like. Overall, I am satisfied.

Very hard. Otherwise nice. The cusions slide out like on any other couch.. The couch has a very nice back. Good if you place it in the open and is visible from the back.
