It’s a beautiful piece. The plate came broken. Wayfair should do a better job of packaging breakable materials.

We liked the appearance of the pot and thought they would have addressed the packaging issues referenced in the other posts. The first time the pot was shipped we were told it was lost so it never arrived. We believe it was likely broken in transit. They then sent another one and we were told it was broken in transit so it never arrived. The third time the package arrived but it was broken. Unbelievably, the ceramic pot is packaged in a thin box with no packing material. We have been trying to obtain a refund from customer service for weeks. DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM unless you are willing to spend hours of time trying to get the item and a refund. This is the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had!

Like the color more than anticipated. Very rich tone.

I've tried ordering this pot at least four times, and every time except once, it was broken. It's crazy. Definitely don't order pots through them.

The right size and all for what we needed for our project!

The planter itself is just what I was looking for, however due to Wayfair's inadequate packaging of it both my original item and replacement item arrived with the saucer completely shattered. To make matters worse, instead of just issuing me a refund Wayfair is requiring that I return both completely shattered and useless products to a Fedex. What a waste of my time, Wayfair's time and not to mention the negative impact on the environment from shipping junk back and forth...
