Bernhardt warrants its residential outdoor furniture free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from the date of initial shipment to a Bernhardt authorized dealer. They warrant wood, metal, and woven frames against defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of initial shipment to the dealer. Motion pieces, cushions, fabrics, component parts (bolts, wheels, and brackets), and finishes are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of initial shipment to the dealer. Natural materials, mixed materials are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of initial shipment to the dealer.
