It’s a beautiful outdoor table!

My experience with getting these delivered & assembled was a solid 1 star. The set came with backrest pieces that had incorrectly drilled holes and was missing assembly instructions. Customer service was unable to identify the issue despite my detailed, annotated photos. It took ~4 weeks to get a furniture set that could be assembled. However, the loveseats look very true to the photos & they're gooorgeous. I did heavy research prior to purchasing, and I do think these are some of the better priced and best looking outdoor furniture sets available online. Based on aesthetics alone, I'd give these 5 stars. Taking everything into account, I'd have to rate these more of 3 stars though. At the end of the day, I can't really stand the seat cushions. They're so stiff and uncomfortable and thin. I had to cut up some memory foam and stuff the cushions just to make them a little more bearable. The back cushions are more comfortable, but these didn't come with velcro attachments to keep them from blowing away (like the seat cushions did. Plus, all the delays due to the furniture defects and back and forth with Wayfair customer service and separately, the manufacturers, took away from my experience and detracted from the value of this set. This isn't to say that you shouldn't buy this piece, but rather that you should proceed with caution knowing what happened to me. Was this beautiful loveseat set with uncomfortable cushions worth the massive headache to me? The jury's still out...
