Parsons Handmade Ceramic Pot Planter

The planter is nice, unfortunately, it wasn't securely packaged. There was no Styrofoam or anything to prevent damage. The box was in bad shape, so the pot planter came damaged.

Perfect! Quality ceramic item. Perfectly matches my other one.

Arrived broken, poorly packaged with no padding/protection in box. Now I'm being expected to return the item for a refund-- disappointed!

First shipment was cancelled because the planter was broken. The second shipment came and it was also broken. I’m went to get a refund and while the chat line was prompt and friendly, at first I was required to send the broken pot back although I understood I would simply get the refund (I downloaded a picture of the just opened package as proof). After a second attempt to get a refund without sending the broken planter back, I was told that my case would be reviewed and that I would hear back in the next 4-6 days. That will be next week and I hope my refund will be sent. If so I would feel better about my order.
