BUYERS BEWARE- Faulty Product - No Customer Service Bought 2 Couches and 2 Chairs. Completely falling apart - Teak failing and cracking.! Notified Joss & Main upon delivery- Horrible Customer Service - They stated Sorry. Sent pictures and video submitted claim. Passed the case to external and stated wont warranty. notified them upon unpacking and again when the teak failed after 3 months use. - I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!! Packing on the chairs was not great. Damage to the cushions and one of the arms. Not happy with the customer Support, sent Pictures Zero Reply day 1. It is a heavy construction product, id be happier if they replaced the damaged cushions and replaced cracked arm pieces or made any effort to stand by their product sold! Horrible furniture! I only had it for 2 short months there is MOLD!!! It is all over the furniture the furniture came CRACKED! The furniture is NOT weather proof! I paid over 5k for this furniture they dont offer manufacturers warranty ...nothing...its like they know this furniture will ROT fast. Im extremely disappointed that such expensive patio furniture is growing mold already in a time where is barely rains! Imagine if it rained. Dont buy, Ive purchased cheaper furniture that has lasted me years. This is totally unacceptable. I called Joss main and they said theres nothing they can do. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK!

So happy with the quality and product. Excellent delivery service and arrived on time. Absolutely love our new couch

Couch is beautiful and has a very upscale look. Only down side is cushions are very hard and not super comfortable.
