They are TERRIBLE when it comes to returns! I have been trying for one week to get a label for a return. My lamp came broken , they said my label was e-mailed , we played that game for 5 days, then I gave them my husbands email we are now on 24 hrs no label, junk mail, and spam have been checked nothing. We have taken pictures of the replacement lamp that was sent broke also! All I want is my MONEY back and to get these broken lamps gone!. Anonymous. Wed Feb 26 2025
