One week later I went through the site's Chat option and the agent was immediately helpful. In 3 days I received the replacement lamp and I returned the first lamp at their expense. Black and metallic tones give this floor lamp an understated, but refined, appeal. The round base, slender body, and shade are made from steel. We love that this floor lamp is height adjustable, as it opens up options for use and placement. And, you decide if you want to use a standard or LED bulb both are sold separately. This fixture is rated for dry locations only, so is not a good choice for a damp room. To clean, simply wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
