The Jimmy LED lamp is a great, minimal piece that works for a floating shelf on my wall. It's classy and understated. Thatigjt has three settings, dim to bright. It's not a great reading light, but better suited to accent lighting, so be aware when planning placement and usage. Just to test it, I've charged it fully and left it illuminated for 3 days. It has not died yet, which tells me it holds a charge adequately. One complaint is that the top section is slightly canted...it's just a hair crooked out of the box, despite excellent packaging. These are so fun! They were larger than I expected but fit well on our buffet. The bowl of the shade is the size of a small cereal bowl but in proportion with the base. The gold tone of the brass is just right, not too yellow. The marble bases have some variation in veining as expected with natural stone. They bring an unexpected bit of modern elegance, making my otherwise traditionally styled dining room less stuffy. They go very well with the mid century vibe as well!
