Pretty good product. Seems a little "low budget". Not too difficult to assemble and hang. Hardest part was getting the cardboard out of the top of the loops, and then a bit troublesome replacing the candle tubes after removal for tray installations. Was surprised by the finish. Such a cool Chandelier! Item was shipped fast but unfortunately came with a tear in the box/Styrofoam. I checked it over and there is one small scratch on one of the light sticks.. not a big deal. When I mounted it I just made sure that side was facing my window. Mostly the reason why I gave it 4 stars. the chandelier itself is pretty heavy but install was fairly easy. I had to do a little extra work to make the light center above my table but it looks great!! One thing to note that I saw in other reviews.. some of the arms to the light sticks are slightly crooked but not real noticeable once I got it mounted. **it does not come with bulbs.. Steve.
