Love this lamp. I had originally purchased the smaller version of it but when received it looked way too small in the space. I like that it's simple and sleek and can go with many different types of decor. I did deduct one star because the lampshade I received has a very obvious and thick black thread woven into the linen and it's sadly really obvious and annoying when the lamp is both off and on. It's unfortunately right on the opposite side of the seam so I can't even turn the shade a bit to hide it because then the seam will be visible. I've been looking for a small table lamp for my bedside and I love the plum color in this one. No issues with shipping, it was packaged well. Gave 4 stars as there was some discoloration on the base around the top - like in production the paint they used rubbed off or they did not cover completely. I'm keeping as I have not been able to find this dusty plum color in this shape/size I wanted elsewhere and it's mostly covered by the lampshade and unnoticed when the light is turned on. The Jimmy LED lamp is a great, minimal piece that works for a floating shelf on my wall. It's classy and understated. Thatigjt has three settings, dim to bright. It's not a great reading light, but better suited to accent lighting, so be aware when planning placement and usage. Just to test it, I've charged it fully and left it illuminated for 3 days. It has not died yet, which tells me it holds a charge adequately. One complaint is that the top section is slightly canted...it's just a hair crooked out of the box, despite excellent packaging. Sturdy yet sleek, these lamps are a cut above in quality. We use them indoors and out, I even tried them in the shower for low light before bed, which also worked great. I like the 3 brightness settings, and the fact that they turn to “off” after the lowest setting. I have other lamps that cycle to bright before turning off, which can be annoying at bedside, for example. The battery life is great.
