The first lamp I received had a manufacturer defect (screw on pole was crooked). I went through Customer Service but received no valuable assistance. One week later I went through the site's Chat option and the agent was immediately helpful. In 3 days I received the replacement lamp and I returned the first lamp at their expense. New lamp meets my expectations and more.
