Reed 62'' Floor Lamp

Floor lamp is just as shown. It’s of high quality at a reasonable price. Assembly was simple and it fit the small space beautifully. If I ever tire of it in its current position in my living room, it will look great anywhere else in my home.

Nice floor lamp and like the style and price point.

It's a lovely lamp. But, the packaging allowed the shade to be crushed. Two weeks later, a replacement shade arrived (today!). It had no protective packaging and also is dented from being in a crushed box. What do I do now???

I ordered 2 and both had a defect. On one, the metal pole had a large discolored scratch that won't buff out. On the second, the base of the metal pole was not centered properly on the marble base, so the squares don't line up. I suspect this was a previous return from someone else because it looks like someone tried to force the metal base to turn and they gouged a small hole in the marble. The second was also packaged incorrectly, the box was upside-down so that the base was on the "this side up" and it was top-heavy, though it didn't seem to sustain any damage from that, so good packaging material. Regardless, I'm disappointed with these defects, and I don't have time to go through all the return and reorder processing. I expect brand new items that I purchase to be ready to work without more time and effort from me, and I order online because I don't have a car. If I have to spend time repackaging, returning, reordering, and all of that, then it's no longer worth my money and time to shop here. Buy at risk of your own time if these manufacturing defects are common enough to give me two bad lamps. I'm keeping it at 2 stars because the lamps themselves are nice, it's just that they both had defects.
