I purchased 2 of these lights, one in silver and one in burnt sienna. The silver one arrived in a reasonable time and was fine. The burnt sienna one arrived after 12 days and had missing, broken, and damaged parts. From the condition of the inside of the box and the light fixture, it was obviously something someone had returned partially assembled and scratched. I ordered replacement parts for those missing or broken and have yet to receive them even though the shipping info says I should have received them yesterday. It's now been over 3 weeks since the order was placed. I will never order from Winston Porter again with this kind of service.
