Paulson 65" Floor Lamp

I love the lamp base, dislike the lamp shade. The lamp shade is a bright white, plastic shade with no texture. The lamp base is metal but looks like wood. Pretty realistic actually and its heavy so it won't tip over.

The lamp shade does not fit evenly on the lamp. Hard to believe that is the actual design. Instead of repacking and returning the item I opted for a discount. But I wish I had not purchased it.

Quality is good and it looks true to pictures! Only thing I don’t like is that the base arrives in 3 sections, and the seams are more visible than I expected

This is not wood. It's metal. Deceptive advertising. Additionally, the lamp shade does not fit correctly. If I put it on following the instructions the lightbulb sticks out above the shade. If I reverse it, the ring does not fit well and the shade is wobbly but it's the only way it sits with the bulb below the shade. I've looked and it isn't missing pieces. Also the cord was really long between the pieces and did not easily move or fold into the frame so it took quite a bit of effort to fold and hide the extra wire and stuff it into the center of the pieces in order to assemble it. Overall - pretty disappointed. This lamp was nearly $200!

Comical amount of delicate styrofoam packaging that made cleanup a PITA. Lamp itself is just fine, I’d expect a better product for the overall rating it has. Lamp shade is way too bright of a white so will need to replace it. Also, lamp shade is not secured by anything but the light bulb which seems like a terrible design.
