Nice light it’s glass but it’s thin glass and you must be careful that it doesn’t break the size being 14 inches wide. Gives it a nice look.

Box packaging was solid. Light fixture was easy to install. A bright LED bulb which is fixed and cannot be changed. Don't know how long it will last but the warranty for the LED bulb is 5 yrs. The light itself is warrantied for 1 yr. Note that the vertical hanging cord holding the sphere is NOT a solid rod rather it's a black cable. You have to twist and turn it to make it straight (see my pics). Not a bad thing but something to be aware of as the Wayfair pics are not very clear.
