came in bent and rusted right out of the box. emailed customer service for a refund or exchange and they said it was ineligible and had a completely different item they were talking about, and when i reffered back to this item they ghosted me.

Would not recommend, the piece is wobbly and the lamp is not properly aligned.

It looks perfect and was very easy to assemble. The quality is great!

It seems pretty sturdy for such a thin design; when the vertical pieces screw together they don't appear slightly bent at the seams like other lamps I've tried. I'm pretty happy with it, but the product I received is not exactly the one pictured, which is disappointing because of the price, and I chose it for the design. Attached a pic from the box, so you can see the part where the globe attaches to the pole is not a clean spherical shape. Oddly, the lower horizontal bar on the box picture doesn't exist on the real product, which is a plus.

Arrived rusted, finish was a very dull brass, missing the globe lamp in a box that looked like it had been returned and repacked multiple times - hot mess. Also it has an extra bar across the bottom not pictured here.
