Horrible horrible. We have had this for 6 months in our master suite and it makes a horrible clicking sound on every rotation. Taking it down and reinstalling my $50 builder grade fan because it never gave me an issue. We’re past our 30 day window and so I’m out over $600 for absolute trash. Do not buy!!!

Bad experience for use. We highly recommend against this fan. While the quality and look seem really nice, it has a major flaw. Whenever one turns on the fan or light, the unit emits a beep. it is loud and very annoying. we called and talked to the manufacturer. The representative said there was no way to turn off the beeping (he also noted that they plan to remove the beep from future models). sadly, we had thrown out the packaging before realizing this so we are now stuck with an expensive fan we will be replacing.
