This arrived damaged with a detached pleat, like many others mentioned. The packaging was lacking and the light was left to freely bounce around the box, likely causing the problem. I had to repair it myself instead of exchanging it due to having someone scheduled to professionally install it the next day. Who knows how long this will last…very disappointed with this experience.
