They are TERRIBLE when it comes to returns! I have been trying for one week to get a label for a return. My lamp came broken , they said my label was e-mailed , we played that game for 5 days, then I gave them my husbands email we are now on 24 hrs no label, junk mail, and spam have been checked nothing.
