Came missing parts. I had to pay an electrician to go scower a hardware store in search of a missing piece so I didn't have a hole and no light in my ceiling for my daughters first birthday the next day. So I ended up spending $300 on an incomplete mounting job which cost more than the piece of junk light. When I called customer service they gave me a joke of 25% back and refused to send me the replacement parts.... I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM JOSS AND MAIN AGAIN. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK.
