It is beautiful and elegant in out master bedroom and when I had a small issue… customer service was excellent… it’s quiet but make sure an electrician installs it properly!!!

I like the look & it is quiet. But for the first week it had a knocking sound. As per product info it went away after a while. Don't like the remote control. It hard to tell what Dan speed it is, and response is delayed when you change functions.
