The shape of the light on photo is more round than the pointy. Look at the diagram for the actual shape of the light. It is a true white matte. No shine at all.

The dimensions given on Wayfairs website for the single light sconce are incorrect. It is actually almost 23” deep as opposed to the 8” written in the description. (Perhaps that is the measurement for the double light sconce) I intended to use three of these over a countertop desk space but am afraid they come out too far. I wish the description would have been more accurate and now I will have the hassle of returning them.

I haven't installed this yet but can see it's great quality out of the box. Really beautiful statement sconce! It's quite large.
