I received this with no damage from shipping. However, the bolt within the main round centerpiece is a bit crooked due to a manufacturing error, making the fixture list to one side. Debating whether to have a handy friend bend it a bit, or send back (what a pain!) and ask for a replacement. But I love the style and the amount of light it is capable of putting out. I did put it on a dimmer switch as 60W soft white LED's are just too BRIGHT! (Didn't have any 40W LED's.) With the dimmer the light level is perfect.
