Came damaged with scratches in wood post and on brass base. Packaging was fine, likely a quality control issue. I was very disappointed, ended up returning for refund. If you are selling a $250 lamp your quality control ought to match your price point. Decided not to wait for replacement pieces and instead just no longer shop this brand. Would have been beautiful if the quality was better.
