The thin, acrylic shade of this fixture arrived dented. It's not possible to push the dent out; it just pops back into the incorrect shape. We did not open the fixture until eight days beyond the 30 day return window, so Joss and Main will not do anything for us. They didn't even offer to sell us a replacement shade. We now own a $100 piece of trash. I will never shop with Joss and Main again, and I would not recommend them to others.
