Let me first start by saying this dinnerware set is beautiful 5 stars for that. I am not going to take away a star because one bowl was broken. As you can see from the pictures this set was very well packaged. However accidents can still happen during shipping. There was also a gray powder on the plates but of course they will be washed before being used anyway. I won’t let those issues take away from my review of the actual product and I love this set. I am hoping that Wayfair will be able to send a replacement of the single broken bowl though. I would still highly recommend this set.. Kim. Jacksonville, FL. Thu Sep 10 2026

Stone by mercer dented deboss collection is a 16 pieces stoneware dinnerware set. The dishes have an organic round shape and uneven surfaces, which gives an earthy and rustic feel. The set includes four dinner plates, four salad plates, four bowls, and four cups. Despite being difficult to stack, the pieces give a handmade illusion and will beautify your tablescape. The dented is both microwave and dishwasher safe for convenience but should still be handled with care. Complement this designer set with table accessories such as a tablecloth, placemats, or chargers to protect the surfaces as the bottom of the collection is unglazed. The dented deboss version stands out from the regular dented version by the deboss quote at the bottom of each piece, the denser and heavier feel, and the reactive glaze. The glaze gives each piece a unique look, and color variation within the same set, due to the glaze's reaction to the firing heat. The HEKONDA collection possesses an irregular edge for a pleasingly rustic aesthetic. The grey dishes will bring a modern look and add a subtle charm to your dining experience. A perennial favorite, Shell Bisque distinguishes itself through its thin porcelain body. Soft, translucent glazes are applied by hand, leading to complementary hues where every piece has its unique shade. Compared to the polished pastel interior glazes, the exterior unglazed bisque finish has a grainy, sandy eggshell texture. The high firing temperatures of these pieces make them strong and functional. Sustainable and stylish for any occasion.

Working with both Linda Bloomfield, one of the UK's most respected potters and author of numerous books on glazes, and a well-respected, small-scale ceramics factory in Portugal, we have arrived at a collection that combines the expertise of all collaborators. With a focus on simplicity and clean form; an incredibly subtle color palette is only possible because of Linda's mastery of glazing possibilities, and our Portuguese partner's expertise in applying studio glaze recipes in a factory setting. This 4-piece service for one includes a dinner plate, salad plate, cereal bowl, and mug.

Packaged extremely well and arrived in perfect condition. Love that they’re not symmetrical and the color is beautiful!! These are not flimsy dishes and you can feel how substantial they are when you hold them. Not heavy, but not a thin Corelle either. I wish I had read the description when buying as I thought I was buying a set for 4 (my mistake). I normally wouldn’t spend that money on only 1 place setting. I could return it but I really like it and will probably buy 3 more eventually to make a full set for myself.. Anonymous. West Springfield, MA. Sat Nov 07 2020
