A perennial favorite, Shell Bisque distinguishes itself through its thin porcelain body. Soft, translucent glazes are applied by hand, leading to complementary hues where every piece has its unique shade. Compared to the polished pastel interior glazes, the exterior unglazed bisque finish has a grainy sandy eggshell texture. The high firing temperatures of these pieces make them strong and functional.
