No disappointment here. Top quality, nicely finished edges - - - I am positive these will pass down to future generations. There was a need for a quality looking layer to place on my furniture to protect the wood from an acoustic sound system. Two shelves so I ordered two placemats. The placemats that match this are AMAZING. They are cute and high quality but also impervious to water and wipe clean. The runner is lovely and same material but unexpectedly has an umbrella hole in the middle which was not shown on the website well at all.
