We were pleased with the larger than normal size and the extremely well-made bread storage container. The box is heavy metal with a magnetic lip that keeps the box closed tightly. The color black is more like a flat black, all good. Very happy with purchase.

Love this bread box- space saver! I can easily store 3-4 loaves of bread, butter dish, small bag of cookies and chips and when necessary, add vitamin/medicine containers. I put my Keurig pod drawer on top. Only complaint is the cost as I would love another one for my bathroom for toiletries.
