The color washes off these immediately and customer service has a terrible process to solution this. I talked to AI for 5 min, just to then be directed to a return webpage for 5 min, just to be then told to talk to a person on chat. The chat person asked me to bring the items that I did not damage to a store, pay for the box, the shipping material, etc. They won't send just replacement parts. They offered a partial refund since they can't deliver on simply good products.
