Great quality for that amount of money. Plates looks decent on the holiday table.

Exactly what I was looking for

I’d been looking for nice, heavy-duty stoneware for a while and when I saw these, they fit the bill perfectly. They’re the perfect weight and size and the blue ones couldn’t have matched my dining room decor better.

These are beautiful. The care instructions that come with the dishes (QR Code) indicate to store the dishes with felt (or something) between each piece. There's no way I'll get my husband to do that. Ha. That would have be a red flag for me if I'd seen that in the care instructions on the page of this style but it was not indicated there--just gentle washing and proper storage. So we'll have to be careful with them--more so than my other dishes I've owned over the years that weren't stoneware--so I'm getting used to them. Because of the lip of the on big plates, they don't fit easily in my dishwasher plate section nor do the bowls fit in the bowl section at all. The salad plates fit in the bowl section just fine. I can get big plates in the plate section but I need to skip every other space. I may look for a different bottom rack for my Bosch dishwasher. I bought some nice rust colored placemats to go with. These may not be my forever dishes because of the heaviness/probable chipping but I do really like them. They were packed very well and only two tiny chips on two plates. I could return those I believe.

We purchased the blue Elio dinnerware set as a wedding gift to ourselves and it's absolutely beautiful! The color is gorgeous and we love the feel of them. We unfortunately did have a couple of the small plates arrive broken, it seems like they were packed with larger plates so they had room to move around since the extra space wasn't filled with anything. However, I contacted them via the replacement form and they responded in a timely manner and kindly stated they would send replacements. Overall, we're very happy with them!
