Personally, I think the plates feels cheap and not sturdy. The design is great but feels cheap.

Way too small, the bowls wouldn't even hold a side salad and the cups look like a toothbrush holder. Returned them.

I love my dinnerware set, very modern, feels so good that you are eating out of stone, I recommend this 100%

I bought this for my daughter’s first apartment as a college student and I am so pleased with the set. She has probably used the bowl, smaller plate and cup more regularly and the dinner plates as serving pieces for things like cheese and crudités. Yes, they are heavy but I like heavier pieces. I like the off-white color, it compliments her cream and tannish color-scheme of her home. wish there were additional pieces like a deeper bowl and serving platters that I could purchase separately as well.
