I love the bowls. When I opened the package the was a note on top of what to do if there were any broken pieces. This made me wonder how often items arrived broken. Of course as I unpack the bowls one was broken. I followed the directions on what to do if a piece was broken. Took me three Emails to get a response. Now waiting for a replacement to be shipped
