After being disappointed by the declines in quality of some of my favorite brands, I was happy to see that Le Creuset is still a top-notch product. I ordered an 8qt oval dutch oven, and despite what appeared to be marginally adequate packaging for such a heavy item, a close inspection showed that it arrived in pristine condition. I wasted no time in putting it to use in the production of a large batch of beef bourgignon, which came out perfectly. And after storing the beef in the pot for a week, everything cleaned up to its original condition.

Crafted from high-quality durable stoneware, this piece will not chip, scratch, or stain. This product is a stylish and versatile kitchen essential.

Can't go wrong with Le Creuset Stoneware. I purchased two intending to us them to cook small meals for my husband and myself. (I'm a vegetarian and he is not.) Problem is they are too small for a meal (only holds 1 cup). That is my fault. I should have paid more attention to the description. However, I like them so much and they are so versatile I can use them for other things. Also very cute (light blue) and I will keep them.. Rebecca. Missoula, MT. Wed Dec 03 2025
