It’s great, sturdy, and beautiful. As other reviews mentioned, it does have some color variations. My wood base is a bit “cracked,” it might be the natural wood grain(?), still, it’s usable, and I like it. One of the main aspects I needed is size-wise; the dome is high enough for my 3-layered cakes. :) I wish the base were a bit bigger, but it works fine with my 8.5in-diameter cake pan.. Anonymous.
