Cubit 20 Piece 18/10 Stainless Steel Flatware Set, Service for 4

The flatware set is beautiful and sturdy. The gold color matches and or compliments our existing pieces in the kitchen. The weight of each piece signals quality, and the sleek design allows each flatware piece to be easily held. We wanted a unique set and this definitely delivered! One minor flaw with the delivery -- the items were not packaged securely for transit. The delivery box arrived damaged and upon opening it, we noticed the box did not have any packing material inside. This caused our pieces to shift around during transit and resulted in pieces either scratched, dented, or both. However, I reached out to customer support and they were extremely helpful and empathetic to what occurred during transit. I am getting replacement pieces sent out to me soon. I am hoping that the feedback I gave (in terms of packing the items securely) was taken into consideration with my replacement sets.

I find the flatware set to be awkward to use. It retains spots after dishwasher use. I would not purchase it again.

Love this set! The weight feels like high quality. I've received several compliments from dinner guests!

This set lasted almost a year. I do not handwash anything, so after just a few times in the dishwasher, the color faded and they didn't look gold anymore. A little rust on the knives too. Very disappointed. Would not recommend unless you like to wash by hand.
