Canvas Home Dauville Porcelain Gold Plate Charger

This charger is nice, but the bottom surface of it is a bit rough. I added felt circles to the bottom to protect surfaces that would be potentially damaged otherwise. The gold foil is a little uneven around the edges, but it still looks neat. I’m currently using it as a tray underneath my Christmas tree.

I love this charger! I also love the store Canvas in NYC. They have such beautiful and high quality items. This piece is no exception. Instead of using this for it’s intended purpose, I am using it to help build up centerpieces on my dinette table. The reflection it gives off underneath my pendant light is pure perfection.

These chargers are beautiful. I was expecting the usual blah chargers. These are anything but the usual. They are about half an inch thick porcelain. The gold finish is lustrous. They can work with traditional and contemporary china. I took pictures with china and without so you could see how pretty they are by themselves.

Love this charger! I am using it as a tray on an upholstered ottoman. It’s perfect for the cushion color and the brushed gold frame of the ottoman and adds a bit of pop to the piece. I’m hoping that it won’t have to cleaned too often, smudges from fingerprints show up immediately. However, it’s a quality item and will be taken care of!

Absolutly beautiful! Just as described, the gold color is sophisticated and sleek, modern and stylish. I am planning on using them for dinners, but I also purchesed them to place under my Autumnal decor. They look amazing under my items. The chargers give my jack-o-lanterns an extra spark and my table top decoration a special glow. I love these​ and I am looking forward to using them many times.
