The copper is beautiful ! And, the quality is definitely 5 stars !!

Love the look of this silverware. My only complaint is that you do have to make sure they dry separately in the rack or else there’s water spots!

Beautiful flatware that is a good weight and style goes perfect with my dark grey dishes.

I love these. The champagne is lovely in person. Not shiny. They are a really nice weight, the finish feels good to hold, and the shapes are easy to eat with. I'm a big fan of these.

Some items had scratches and discoloration but otherwise great quality for the pieces that weren’t already damaged.

Placed an order online for three (3) Joss and Main flatware sets (Manufacturers # 404320CNB12R). Received three (3) Cambridge flatware sets (Manufacturers # 404320CNB12DS). I am told by Wayfair that these products are White Label products and that they are the same so they satisfactorily fulfilled my order. Returning them would charge the me, the purchaser, return shipping fees. At no time was I afforded an opportunity to decline the substitution prior to shipping. Nowhere on the website or receipt did I consent to a substitution. Google searches indicate that this is a common practice by Wayfair; They substitute the brand you purchased for a brand that sells considerably less elsewhere, then charge you to return the item you didn't order. I knew going into the transaction that I did not want Cambridge flatware. I received Cambridge flatware. I believe this is called a "Bait and Switch". Customer service offered a discount, but would charge me to return an item I did not order and did not want.
