Glasses are working out great. Keep our hot beverages hot longer. We like how flat they are on the bottom, another brand we had were thinner and rounder, which led to a lot of broken cups.

Three of the cups were delivered shattered. Waiting for a replacement and hoping everything is in one piece. Customer service was great. Did not have to return broken items. Wayfair sent a full replacement and everything was in perfect.

Love these mugs. Great design. Keeps coffee and hot chocolate hot! I purchased some white porcelain spoons to protect them from the stresses of stirring with metal spoon.
