I love the linen fabric and color; it was exactly what we wanted. However, the photo does not show that there is a 20" gap so your box spring & mattress would have to measure at least that to hide that gap. We returned it because we have a low profile mattress. The Joss & Main Aleja bed arrived well packed with no damage and looks exactly like the picture. We had box springs but it made the mattress too high against the headboard. We added a bunky board and the mattress height is exactly where it should be. We have a Beautyrest Black mattress which is 10" high and fills the frame right to the edges. This bed frame looks exactly like the picture! The description says it is not compatible with an adjustable bed frame. The reviews from others say it is compatible. Not even two years and my Asel queen bed frame has either cracked or completely snapped in two places. The fabric is nice, esthetic is nice, but frame rim where slats connect is brittle. When putting this together I thought this was going to be a tough bed with the metal mid supports and the way the pieces all bolt together but was wrong. With the cost of the frame this should have been made with a harder wood and tougher anchors. The rim uses what looks like drywall screws. A bed shouldn’t break from rotating your body.
