This chair is for my mom's 80th birthday. I searched far and wide for a recliner that did not look like a recliner but a contemporary chair to match her stylish living room. I then found the Amada chair. It has all of the appearance of a chair and non of a recliner. Our first delivery was a disappointment, not for the chair but the delivery. The chair came with a cracked front leg. We were devastated. We contacted customer service and they helped us through the process for a replacement chair. A week or so later we received the replacement chair and it was perfect!. We now fight for the chair whenever we watch TV together! I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the delivery issue. We finally put our loungers together after purchasing a couple months ago. Easy to put together, they are beautiful and pretty strong. Cushion is firm and water beads up on it. So far 3 put together one was missing the peg for the table so table slides all the way out instead of stopping. We couldn’t find the pegs in box. I can either sit more upright for when I want that cup of coffee or tea, or sit more reclined in it to read. I am using the Joaquin Folding Outdoor ottoman as did not want to have to purchased the two matching when my husband didn't want the ottoman. Once again the best of both worlds, we are pleased with our purchase. We just had a friend sit in my husband's and he said "I could sit here all day!!" We did not have any difficulty with assembly, but than my husband has built furniture and knew exactly what to do, when the screw did not align he just slightly loosened one of the other ones to let the pressure off than finished tightening all of the the screws..
