We had two solid wood etageres that were very similar in look that we wanted to somewhat match. The raffia doors and knobs were perfect. The only difference is the etageres have hidden hinges and it would have been a nicer more sleeker look had the cabinet had them but it is certainly not a deal breaker. The cabinet works wonderfully as a small bar in our beach house. The upper shelf works perfectly to lay wine bottles on and the bottom shelf works to hold other bottles you may have. We took half the bottom shelf and use it for wine glass storage by attaching a wine glass holder under the upper shelf. Works great and we are extremely happy with our purchase. J. Absolutely love this piece! It has a beautiful mid-century modern look and the quality is outstanding. The build feels solid and well-crafted. One of the best parts is that it comes fully assembled, which made the setup incredibly easy, just take it out of the box and place it where you want it. Handsome Transitional piece. Did not want lots of glass doors and many open shelves. This unit has a Nice mix of closed storage and open shelving and the curved sides really elevate the look. Appreciate the sliding panels in the back wall which can be closed if you don’t need to run wires and you don’t want to see openings especially in the open shelving area. The Finish is a rich brown with minimal red under tones. Delivery process was good. Now the negative - one of the cloth panels was not stained uniformly and was darker than the contrasting panel. Called Wayfair and they offered a generous credit but I wanted it corrected as This is a statement piece in our family room. Then the manufacturer offered a much lower credit . There were also some minor irregularities in the finish on the top which I was willing to overlook so I am not being super picky. I asked just for a replacement door .. not an entire new unit. The manufacturer agreed to replace the door but I yet to receive an estimated ship date, Wayfair said they are watching this request and will follow up .. fingers crossed.
