I wasn’t sure about the low back but it looks great in my space and the pillows are very full and fluffy! My delivery experience was great! Beautiful sofa with really nice and thick material. I the seats are quite wide and so it makes it comfortable. The color is really nice (linen) and feels sturdy. The only issue is that the sofa is quite a bit lower to the ground than any other sofa in my house and so it’s hard to pair it in the same room. I would say my other sofas are standard size and this one is at least 6 inches lower to the ground. Make sure you measure before you order. I ordered the Kodie sleeper sofa in Drusky Ivory. We chose this fabric because it is washable and will hold up with kids, pets, and guests. The sofa is perfect for our office area. The seat is pretty firm but not unexpectedly so, and appears well made. The bed folds in and out fine (we made sure to test it when the delivery team set it up for us). The mattress is just over 5” thick and about what you would expect from a sofa bed. We ordered a mattress topper to make guests more comfortable. The back pillows have zippers. I ordered this armchair in Taupe Chenille and was initially a bit nervous—one of the product photos showed a slight greenish tint, while the others looked more beige. The style of this chair is so amazing!! It is the perfect boho-chic neutral. The swivel mechanism is top notch but you can remove it from the chair if you didn’t want that feature. Ours came with nicks and scratches on one of the front “legs” along with some minor staining on the front panel of upholstery. We are waiting to head back from Customer Service. It’s a huge chair. For my kids they can fit their whole body there and don’t even need an ottoman. For me and my husband that’s different story.
