Easy setup, unboxing was the most tedious part of the process. The furniture is labeled as gray but honestly, it’s more of a brownish gray, which I prefer anyway. I took off a star because the shipping and tracking made me crazy. Some of the boxes didn’t track and it was hard to keep up with the tracking as I wanted to be present when they arrived. Nice looking outdoor patio sofa. Cushions are thick and comfortable, firm but not hard. We had the white glove delivery so the delivery guys assembled it. I gave 4 stars because 2 of the screws are stripped on the arm making a gap ( seen in picture) there is no way to tighten. With the cushions on it is not noticeable but it’s wobbly…. I purchased the Estes Wicker Assembled 6 person U shaped sofa and this cover was underneath it as "people also purchased" so i thought I would get it too. This cover was the right shape and looked like it would fit but unfortunately it was too small by 11 inches on length and 5 inches on width. I had to return it and this was done quite easily.
