Nice chair. The seat is fairly firm (as a new chair should be), the arms are pretty comfortable, the fabric is a nice texture. Also the color (both the upholstery [I got gray] and the wood) is pretty close to what is shown on the web site. The included pillow is also pretty firm, we'll have to see how it holds up over time. You guys never disappoint! This chair and ottoman combo is perfect for our designated spot in our master bedroom. It gives us another spot to hang out vs being on the bed. Both chair and ottoman were protected with a type of bag so that the items do not rub or wear against the box - that’s what I am guessing. Keeping the boxes and both bags to repackage when we move. The feet of the ottoman are sturdy and plastic. We will be replacing them with wooden ones just to elevate the ottoman a little. But it’s totally unnecessary as the feet are sturdy and they are perfectly fine. They hardly show underneath. The quality of both are perfect! We are very very pleased! Thanks J&M! You rock!
