Purchased this for the entry door. It’s what I expected based on the product description. Looks good from a far and up close. I suggest opening this item outside or have your vacuum handy, the artificial dirt in pot in broke up a little in transit. When I pulled the plant out of box I had dirt everywhere. Overall I’m pleased with purchase.. Mary. FL. Thu Feb 13 2020

BUT when a friend that has been over a couple of times and as we sit in the yard she always compliments on how great these trees look, so healthy and fresh. I don’t know if I will ever have the nerve to tell her they will never need watering or trimming because they’re “fake”.. Linda. Naples, FL. Sun Mar 29 2026

I like them but there’s an area in the large tree a spot that shows the plastic mold where the flock did not attach. They make you pay to return all 3 and I don’t know how to go about exchanging the one large tree. Can’t talk to a live person - only AI chat. So now I’m out covering cost for shipping it back. If they fall apart for shoddy construction, there is no backing up from the company. It was shipped faulty and I pay to return it. Bad, bad policy!. Lauren. Chesterton, IN. Fri Nov 07 2025

A lot of tree for the money. Color and texture are natural, and the shape is graceful. They are not quite as full as in the photo. It could be that I just need to spend more time fluffing out the branches. In any case, the trees are pleasing enough as they are. I can't comment on their durability as outdoor plants since I just received them. So far, I'm very happy with the purchase.
